LZ Method
Read labels and units. On a distance–time graph, gradient is speed and a horizontal section means stopped. A cost graph may have a fixed charge at zero distance.
- 1Distance–time: (0 min, 0 km), (30 min, 3 km), (45 min, 3 km)
- 2Speed on first section = 3 ÷ 0.5 = 6 km/h
- 3The final section is horizontal: stopped
